[OPEN-ILS-DEV] Evergreen 184.108.40.206 Client issue

Also, I tried to change the buildID in the application.ini file on the
windows client to 123 to match the server but I still get the same 404 not
found error. I also can't reach the server with the hostname, I have to
enter the IP address in the hostname field to be able to get to the server.
Could this be posing a problem?
